Lawrence Feigen is a seasoned C-Suite executive and visionary leader, renowned for his pivotal role as co-founder in shaping the landscape of multi-state healthcare services. His journey began with the establishment of a groundbreaking in-patient, multi-level care healthcare company, which burgeoned into a network of offshoots under his astute guidance. As a co-founder and operating partner, Lawrence spearheaded the growth of a large multi-site portfolio of post-acute physical rehabilitation hospitals, in-patient and outpatient dual diagnosis facilities, and nursing homes across the Southwest USA. Over a remarkable span of 31 years, he honed his expertise in executive-level operations, consistently optimizing financial performance while prioritizing superior patient outcomes. A business graduate of California State University and an ordained clergymen of the West Coast Talmudical Seminary, Lawrence's entrepreneurial spirit led him to pioneer a chain of post-acute hospitals in the Southwest United States, laying the foundation for transformative healthcare solutions since 1991. In 2017, Lawrence transitioned from his role in the company to dedicate himself to philanthropic and religious pursuits, including active involvement with esteemed organizations such as the Israel-Christian Nexus, Mission Community Hospital, and the Cedars Sinai Medical Center. Notably, he serves on the Board of Directors and Board of Governors at Cedars Sinai, contributing to the facilitation of groundbreaking research synonymous with the globally renowned Mount Sinai hospital system—an enduring passion that continues to drive his endeavors. In 2023, Lawrence embarked on a new chapter by joining Optimum, a dynamic healthcare enterprise, during its expansion into Primary Care, Hospitalist, Internal Medical Specialties, and Critical Care. Armed with his wealth of experience and unwavering commitment to excellence, Lawrence Feigen remains a driving force in shaping the future of healthcare delivery and innovation.

Dr. Jonathan Eytan Marcus is a board certified Pulmonary and Critical Care Physician living in Boca Raton, Florida An alumnus of Yeshiva University in New York City and The Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Brunswick, NJ, Dr. Jonathan Marcus joined the 8-member ICC Healthcare Intensivist Group in 2008 and was promoted to Chief Medical Officer where he developed the group’s clinical program including standardized, protocols, policies, care algorithms and generating powerful clinical pathway that yielded best critical care outcomes and establishes benchmark metrics for the specialty and industry at large. His ability to attract the best clinical and operational talent as well as training and mentorship programs enabled him to build a highly effective matrixed clinical leadership team whose initiatives achieved the best possible output for programs that spanned the continental United States. Dr Marcus and his team grew the company to become the largest Intensivist Group in the United States employing over 500 critical care intensivists and with a gross revenue of over $150M. In 2013, following the acquisition of ICC by HCA Healthcare, Dr. Marcus built the HCA enterprise-wide, standardized critical care platform established and chaired numerous quality committees both at the facility and HCA divisional levels, and developed the residency and critical fellowship training programs for over 2200 physicians corporate-wide. Dr. Marcus was a key architect in the development of the HCA Enterprise Wide National ICU Dashboard: A real-time application that continues to be used and a quality and patient care and outcomes monitoring device that ultimately drove superior patient outcomes and improved critical care provider work efficiency. During this time Dr. Marcus served as the National Medical Director of Nuview Healthcare Tele-Intensivist Group and he built the technical, procedural, and clinical platform for the company. In addition, as CMO of ICC, Dr. Marcus developed the Tele-ICU clinical model that would ultimately service the largest HCA Tele-ICU Network during the COVID-19 pandemic. In May 2018, Dr. Marcus founded Optimum ICU Solutions as an Intensivist Program Development and Consulting company and has developed and managed Critical Care Programs for for-profit and not-for-profit hospitals in California, Florida, and Louisiana. Through COVID and at the present time, Dr Marcus provides Telemedicine coverage for 34 hospitals in 12 states. He is a graduate of the prestigious HCA Physician Leadership Academy and was appointed to numerous HCA quality committees and physician leadership councils and has received the Top Doctor Award for Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine annually since 2018.
